The Chateaus Subdivision 

​

The Subdivision is located, in the 700 block of Malapert Rd., and will house 112 single family homes. Homes are under construction currently.

Payton Woods 

​

Payton Woods Phase 1- Received final plat approval on March 7, 2024, for 78 lots.  This single-family residential development is located at the intersection of J.B. Road and Fenetre Road. Phase 2 is projected to be 64 lots and design is expected to begin late 2024.

West Village 

​

West Village Phase 1 has been completed, homes and businesses are under construction. Including 110 Residential Lots, 5 Commercial Lots, 3 Mixed Use Lots.

West Village Annex Phase 1 

West Village Annex Phase 1- A Traditional Neighborhood Development,  received preliminary plat approval for 69 lots on December 12, 2023.  Design is under review currently and construction of the infrastructure is scheduled for summer/fall of 2024.  Location is on Apollo Road, west of West Village Neighborhood.

Berchman Oaks

Berchman Oaks Phase 1 plat has been approved for the residential subdivision. This subdivision will be located off of Westgate Rd.

Phase 1 has been completed and has 59 single family homes. 

Berchman Oaks Phase 2 has received final plat approval for 59 lots. Construction is underway.

Regional  Detention Pond
 (Provost Pond)

The dirt work has been completed on the pond. Allowing  customers addition flood protection.West Village and the City of Scott are working on this public/private partner ship, to also include a walking trail and a dog park. We are projecting this project to take a year to complete.
